Job Descriptions
•Design and develop electrical control systems for products. •Evaluate and select electrical components (motors, sensors, PCB, etc.) for optimal performance and cost. •Work with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, Quality, Production) to ensure product integration. •Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. •Support prototype development and validation testing in lab environments. •Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications (e.g. IEC, UL, CE). •Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction projects. •Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and BOMs.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in R&D Engineer or product development.
  3. Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical circuit design is a plus.
  4. Experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium) and simulation software.
  5. Good command of English.
  6. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
