1.Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process invoices and payment requests.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payments.
2.Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Post journal entries into accounting systems.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
3.Tax Compliance
Assist with tax preparation and filing (e.g., withholding tax, VAT, corporate taxes).
Apply for tax incentives when applicable.
Track tax submission deadlines and ensure regulatory compliance.
4.Other Financial Tasks
Support internal and external audits.
Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of invoices and receipts.
HR & Office Responsibilities
5.Office/Factory Renovation Management
Oversee the renovation progress of the new office/factory.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion.
6.Government Affairs & Permit Applications
Assist in applying for government permits and compliance documents.
Ensure company operations meet legal and regulatory requirements.
7.Outsourced Workforce Management
Liaise with and manage outsourced HR service providers.
Monitor attendance, payroll, and performance of outsourced employees.
8.Recruitment & Employee Management
Develop recruitment plans and organize interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding, relations, and daily HR administration.
9.Payroll Management
Calculate and review employee salaries.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, social security, and provident funds.
10.Office Operations & Maintenance
Manage office maintenance and procurement of supplies.
Oversee asset management to ensure smooth daily operations.
11.Other Assigned Tasks
Complete tasks assigned by management to support efficient departmental operations.
