- ร่วมกับฝ่ายฝึกอบรมแบรนด์ Samsung และฝ่ายฝึกอบรมกลางของบริษัท จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรม Samsung Focus / Samsung Expert / Samsung A Class ประจำเดือน และประจำปี
- จัดอบรมตามแผนงาน จัดทำเครื่องมือติดตามและประเมินผลประสิทธิภาพพนักงาน Samsung Focus / Samsung Expert / Samsung A Class ในแต่ละช่วงเวลา
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พร้อมนำเสนอ แนวทางวิธีการในการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพนักงาน Samsung Focus / Samsung Expert / Samsung A Class
Qualifications
- เพศชาย - หญิง
- อายุ 25-40ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2-3ปี
- ปฎิบัติงานในวันเสาร์อาทิตย์และทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้ (เป็นครั้งคราวได้)
