Job Descriptions
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้า ทีมพัฒนา (Dev/QA/UX/UI) และทีมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า (Requirement Gathering) และจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BRD, SRS - บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรและความเสี่ยงของโครงการ (Resource & Risk Management) - จัดประชุมสรุปความคืบหน้าโครงการ (Project Status Update) กับลูกค้าและภายในทีม - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานที่ส่งมอบให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน และดำเนินการแก้ไขเมื่อพบปัญหา - ใช้เครื่องมือบริหารโครงการ เช่น Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp ฯลฯ - ส่งเสริมการทำงานแบบ Agile/Scrum ภายในทีม ( WFH 4 วัน และเข้าออฟฟิศ 2 วัน )
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์, การจัดการธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการไอที / ซอฟต์แวร์ อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
  3. มีความเข้าใจใน SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) และกระบวนการ Agile / Scrum
  4. มีทักษะในการบริหารเวลา การประสานงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ
  6. หากมีใบรับรองเช่น PMP, Scrum Master หรือ Agile Certificate จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
