Job Descriptions

● Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries; ● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service; ● Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features; ● Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options; ● Build productive trust relationships with customers; ● Oversee pricing and comply with stock control recommending restocks to the Head Office; ● Organize overseas shipments, monitoring communication, packing and clients’ satisfaction; ● Distribute promotional materials and set up displays as requested by Head Office; ● Visit partners in Bangkok as requested by Head Office; ● Act as the point of contact among Head Office, clients, institutions and other external partners; ● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner; ● Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence to the Head Office; ● Ensure compliance with VAT, SSO and PIT; ● Liaising with head office.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as Sales Representative or similar role
Familiarity with sales management softwares, Google Workspace and inventory procedures
Discretion and confidentiality
Organizational and time management skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Thai and English, other languages such as Chinese are a plus
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus, enthusiasm, numerical skills, resourcefulness, confidence and commercial awareness
