Our client is a Future of Energy. Embedded with the social conscience and responsibility to provide products of the utmost dependable quality whether it be for Energy gases, Renewable, Alternative Fuels, Hydrogen, Compressed or Medical gases. Salary: 40,000-50,000 THB/Month (Total package) job responsibility: -Control the production process to align with the production plan and organizational objectives. -Collaborate with related departments to optimize the production process and improve production planning. -Work with the maintenance department to ensure the efficient operation of production machinery and equipment. -Develop production programs and guidelines to support organizational objectives. -Investigate production issues and develop resolutions to address bottlenecks, delays and quality concerns. -Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency. -Analyze and assess production data to monitor performance, identify trends and make data driven decisions. -Utilize data for continuous process improvement. -Request and improve equipment and machinery to enhance production efficiency and quality. -Evaluate and implement equipment upgrades as needed. -Team Training -Take responsibility for managing production personnel in collaboration with subdepartment managers and supervisors. working on Monday to Friday: 8.00-17.00 welfare: - Car provide by company (Toyota/Honda Hybrid) - Variable Bonus - Free rice - IPD/OPD - Glasses Allowance - Medical annual check up - Social insurance

Qualifications

35-45 years old, Thai only.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer or Engineering is a must
At least 5 years experience of Production from Manufacturing industry is a must
At least 3 years for team management and set KPIs is a must (manage team more than 50 people)
Background of SAP or ERP programs is a must
Good command of English both written and spoken
Familiar to direct report with a foreigner.
knows of ISO 9001
Good attitude, willing to learn, quick learner and able to decision making.
working 5 days/week at Kratumbaen, Samutsakorn
Resume : English is a must !!!!!
