Job Descriptions
- ให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพตลอดเวลาที่ลูกค้าใช้บริการสปา ตั้งแต่การต้อนรับลูกค้า, ไปจนถึงการแนะนำทรีทเม้น. สินค้าต่อเนื่องให้ลูกค้า
- ช่วยลูกค้าเลือกทรีทเม้น, ตรวจข้อควรระวัง และอธิบายทรีทเม้น
ทำทรีทเม้นอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามที่แจ้งไว้ในเมนู, ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานของการบริการที่โรงแรมกำหนด
- ลงบันทึกรายละเอียดการทำทรีทเม้นของลูกค้าเพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลต่อไป
- รายงานเรื่องที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานในสปา
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัยตลอดเวลา
- ตรวจสอบตารางจองเพื่อเตรียมตัว และอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมสำหรับทรีทเม้น
- ยืดหยุ่นชั่วโมงทำงานตามความจำเป็น เพื่อการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- หญิง / อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6)
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Therapist ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
- ได้รับวุฒิบัตรหรือประกาศนียบัตรด้านการบริการเพื่อสุขภาพที่ได้รับการรับรองจากกรมสนับสนุนการบริการสุขภาพ
- ไม่เป็นบุคคลวิกลจริต, มีความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศ, ยาเสพติด,ค้ามนุษย์, เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคติดต่ออันเป็นที่น่ารังเกียจของสังคม
- หากมีความสามารถในภาษาอังกฤษ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
