Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: •Innovation Strategy & Planning: •Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with business goals. •Identify market trends, customer & consumer needs, and opportunities for innovation. •Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops to generate new ideas. •Prioritize innovation projects based on potential impact and feasibility. •Create and manage innovation pipelines, ensuring a steady stream of new ideas. •Project Management & Execution: •Manage cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects. •Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. •Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. •Ensure projects are delivered on time. •Renovation & Improvement: •Identify opportunities to improve existing products. •Lead renovation projects to enhance product quality, performance, or cost-effectiveness. •Collaboration & Communication: •Collaborate with various stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations. •Communicate innovation plans and progress to senior management and other stakeholders. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in relate field
  2. 25-35 years old
  3. Knowledge for business of FMCG 4-5 Years
  4. work-experience in Tissue/Paper industry (มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมกระดาษทิชชู)
  5. Have experience in launching new products and/or modifying products and/or understand the regulations of the Thai market (มีประสบการณ์เปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ และ/หรือ ปรับเปลี่ยนผลิตภัณฑ์ และ/หรือ เข้าใจกฎระเบียบของตลาดไทย)
  6. English language (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้)
