Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve production workflows.
Study lead times and simulate processes to assess operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain standard process design documents and procedures.
Use statistics and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Chinese or English
- Relevant experience will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime
