Job Descriptions

- Gather business and system requirements from customers and stakeholders - Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and system specifications. - Create system diagrams, including process flow diagrams, UML diagrams, and architecture diagrams. - Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and basic database operations. - Design system architecture, database structures, API specifications, and functional specifications. - Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including designing API specifications, understanding authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, API keys), and testing APIs using tools like Postman. - Prepare and maintain Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents. - Communicate effectively in English (speaking, writing, and reading). - Regularly visit customers onsite for requirement gathering, presentations, and system demonstrations. - Collaborate with developers to ensure that business requirements are accurately implemented in the system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, System Analyst, or related roles.
Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and database concepts.
Experience in SQL query writing (basic level).
Knowledge of API design principles, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, API keys).
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers directly.
