Job Descriptions
- Supervise, train and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share - Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns - Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients - Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activity - Provide guidance and support to the sales team, addressing any issues or concerns
Qualifications
  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
  3. Excellent sales, negotiation and customer service skills
  4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use sales metrics to drive decision-making
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
  9. Own vehicle preferred
