Job Descriptions1.Manage sales, services, updates, and promotions across various online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Line@, Facebook, Instagram, and Lnwshop.
2.Respond to customer inquiries and provide service outside of working hours as appropriate.
3.Coordinate with stock management, shipping, and claims teams to ensure sufficient inventory levels across all sales channels to meet customer demand.
4.Update daily sales data and pricing, and prepare monthly sales summary reports.
5.Plan and execute advertising campaigns on various online platforms,such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
6.Organize and manage marketing events such as product launches, seminars, or promotional activities.
7.Contact and collaborate with influencers or partners to promote products or services.
8.Execute, measure, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns,assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
9.Monitor and analyze market competition, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
10.Coordinate with graphic designers and oversee the entire graphic production process,including content creation, layout design, proofreading, and implementation.
11.Coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams within the organization.
12.Handle administrative tasks such as PR and PO requests for the marketing team.
13.Perform other related tasks as assigned.
