Job Descriptions
1. ประสานงานระหว่างทีมหลังบ้านและทีมหน้างาน เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
2. จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานผลการทำงานลงในไฟล์ Excel และ PowerPoint
3. สรุปผลการประชุม และติดตามงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. รวบรวมข้อมูลของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามคำสั่งของหัวหน้างาน
5. จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับทีมหน้างาน
6. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของทีมหน้างาน และประสานงานกับลูกค้าผ่านกลุ่ม Line
Qualifications
- ทุกเพศ อายุ 22-35 ปี
- การศึกษา ม.6/ปวช ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์,โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์,ระบบ เครือข่าย เป็นอย่างดี
- ใจเย็น มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถประสานงานได้ทุกแผนก
- มีความอดทน และทำงานภายในภาวะกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีม
