Job Descriptions
QC Staff 1. จัดทำแผนการสอบเทียบ ติดต่อหน่วยงานภายนอกเพื่อทำการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือตรวจสอบ งานโดยใช้เครื่องมือวัด Gas chromatography (GC) หรือ retort tester 2. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่เป็น สินค้าประเภท Packaging 3. ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนของการควบคุมการบันทึกคุณภาพให้ครบถ้วนถูกต้อง ชัดเจน 4. เก็บ/ส่งตัวอย่างเพื่อตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์จุลินทรีย์ เคมี รวมถึงตรวจสอบผลการทำความสะอาด(swab test) ตามแผน 5. รายงานประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัยอาหารและสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ QC Operator 1. ตรวจรับวัตถุดิบในเชิงคุณภาพ (ชิ้นส่วนไก่ และผักต่างๆ) ตามแผนที่กำหนด 2. ตรวจรับส่วนผสมต่างๆ 3. ตรวจรับ Packaging 4. ตรวจรับสารเคมี
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 21 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ Operator ตั้งแต่ ม.6 ขึ้นไป ระดับ Staff ปริญญาตรีขั้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสต์ทางอาหาร สาขาเทคโนโลยีทางอาหาร หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพอาหาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  5. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการทำงานและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน
