Job Descriptions
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist / Assistant Product Managerwith a strong background in pharmacy and extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. This role is crucial for driving product growth through strategic execution, field force training, and effective customer engagement across Bangkok and upcountry areas. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in equipping the sales team with comprehensive product knowledge, developing impactful promotional strategies, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred in a healthcare background (e.g. pharmacist, nurse) and solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, training field force, and driving product growth.
  3. Must be fluent and able to express confidently (speaking and writing) in English.
  4. Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.
  5. Professional, self-motivated, focused, and creative
  6. Ability to work on-site in both Bangkok and upcountry areas.
  7. Possession of a car and a valid driving license.
  8. Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of the tactical plans to ensuresales achievement.
  9. Provide monthly training and evaluation to sales representatives, focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, and market competition.
  10. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  11. Build and maintain good relationships with KOLs and Key users to maximize selling opportunities.
  12. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
  13. Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.
  14. Assignment task as a requirement
