Type of Business:Manufacturing of printer and copier Job Description: -In charge of labor management controller for 2 factories. -Labor Management to ensuring compliance with Laws and contracts, and resolving employee and union disputes (if any), with roles ranging from specialists to managers. -Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 / 1-2 Saturday depend on calendar.

Qualifications

Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Human Resource Management or related .At least 10 years of experience in labor management. Strong knowledge of Labor Protection Law, Labor Relation Law and other laws concerned to HRM.
If have experience in RBA or work in a Japanese industrial plant, will be advantage.
Good command in English.
