Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องก่อนส่งขอโอนเงิน
2. จัดเก็บใบสำคัญจ่ายและเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงินเรียงตามเลขที่ใบสำคัญจ่าย
3. ยื่นภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภ.พ.30, ภ.พ.36, ภ.ง.ด.54
4. Reconcile บัญชีภาษีซื้อตั้งพัก
5. บันทึกรายการบัญชี เงินเดือน, ค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร, ดอกเบี้ย T/R
6. ติดตามเอกสารใบเสร็จ, ใบกำกับภาษี ที่ยังไม่ได้รับเพื่อนำมายื่นภาษีซื้อ (ภ.พ.30)
7. ขออนุมัติรายการโอนเงินภายในประเทศผ่านเว็บไซต์ธนาคาร
8. รับผิดชอบเงินสดย่อย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี **สัญชาติไทย**
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, รับ-ส่ง Email ได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร, มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ, ติดต่อประสานงานได้, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, มีความรับผิดชอบ พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านงานบัญชี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการฟัง อ่าน และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
