Position Objective:
Check, install, configure, update and maintain hardware, software devices and network of company include coordinate, control, monitoring work and performance of IT service providers and IT vendors' company.

Position Scope:
Manage IT job of company with IT providers and other duties assigned by supervisor.
จัดการงานด้าน IT ของบริษัทฯ ร่วมกับผู้ให้บริการ IT และหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to-end-users via phone, ernail or in-person.

- Check and update hardware and software to make them ready for use.

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops printers and mobile devices include perform regular system updates, backups and antivirus scans with IT
providers.

- Set up new user accounts, email addresses and access permissions with IT providers.

- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.

- Coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve problems about hardware, software and network issues with IT providers.

- Manage and monitor IT inventory and assets.

- Coordinate with vendors for repair and install hardware and software.

- Assist in IT-related projects and upgrades of company.

- Keeps data on the work of IT provider.

- Monitoring and control the performance of IT service providers.
ติดตาม และควบคุมการทํางานของผู้ให้บริการ IT
- Control the work of IT service providers to comply with company policies and regulations.

- Keep records of information about Hardware & Software.

- Report to superiors when problems arise and provide solutions.
รายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบเมื่อเกิดปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- Analyze problems and take corrective and preventive action with relevant persons or department.
วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และดําเนินการแก้ไข และป้องกันร่วมกับบุคคล หรือแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Follow up safety rule and company regulation.
ปฏิบัติติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัย และข้อบังคับของบริษัทฯ
- Follow up planning of the ISO & IATF systems.
ปฏิบัติตามแผนงานระบบ ISO & IATF
- Establish all concerned documents to support planning of the ISO & IATF systems.
จัดทําเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเพื่อสนับสนุนแผนงานระบบ ISO & IATF
- Have awareness of quality and environment such as work quality, environmental protection, waste separation as well as operating according to relevant regulations.
มีความตระหนักด้านคุณภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น งานด้านคุณภาพ การคุ้มครอง สิ่งแวดล้อม การคัดแยกขยะ รวมถึงการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Other duties as assigned by COO.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree about or higher in computer science, Information Technology or other related fields.
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Have experience in IT support or similar role in company.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT support หรือตําแหน่งที่คล้ายคลึงกันในบริษัท
- Strong knowledge of Windows Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365 and basic networking.
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows / Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365 และเครือข่ายพื้นฐานเป็นอย่างดี
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN and remote desktop tools.
- คุ้นเคยกับ Active Directory, VPN และอุปกรณ์การ remote คอมพิวเตอร์
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหา และการสื่อการที่ดี
- Customer-service oriented mindset, service mind and can work as a team,
- มีทัศนคติที่เน้นการบริการ มีใจรักการบริการ และสามารถทํางานเป็นทีมได้
- Have knowledge about ISO9001 or IATF16949.
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO9001 หรือ IATF 16949
