Location•According to the fixed post and establishment table, draft the recruitment plan and replenish the personnel in a timely manner.•According to the attendance management system, timely feedback and reminder of abnormal attendance information•Regularly carry out training on new employees' corporate rules and regulations, job work and safety.•According to the monthly performance appraisal plan, collect and summarize the monthly performance appraisal work of all employees.•Responsible for employee salary accounting, input, maintenance, and verification of relevant data in the system and reports;•Responsible for the statistics of various basic data related to salary, and completing various human resources-related reports;•Responsible for the declaration and payment of individual income tax and social security for employees;•Handling various personnel procedures for employees;•Assist in the management of overseas personnel affairs to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations•Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, such as administrative work.•Understand Thai Labor law•Able to work with Thai government agencies•Assist with administrative and logistical work, and cooperate in organizing activities.
