1、生产管理 - 部门的人员管理和工作安排
Production management- Personnel management and work organization of the department
2、生产计划 - 达成部门生产计划
Production plan - Achieve departmental production plan
3、生产异常 - 处理各种生产异常，与其它部门之沟通协调
Abnormal production - Deal with all kinds of production abnormalities, communicate and coordinate with other departments
4、生产品质 - 产线相关产品生产的品质提升
Production quality - The quality of production line related products is improved
5、生产力和生产效率 - 改善制程,提升生产力和生产效率
Productivity and production efficiency - Improve the manufacturing process to increase productivity and efficiency
6、生产成本 - 控制报废数量,降低生产成本
Production costs - Control scrap quantities and reduce production costs
7、生产监督 - 生产线5S及纪律的执行
Production supervision - The implementation of production line 5S and discipline
8、会议 - 生产部日/周会及与其他部门召集的相关会议
Meetings - Daily/weekly meetings of the production department and related meetings with other departments

Qualifications
- Male age between 25 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor 's degree in Engineer or any related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in production-related management
- Proficiency in chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing or HSK 5
- Good skill of Microsoft Office
- Responsible, careful, strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, passion and patience for testing work
- Can work overtime
