Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและพัฒนาระบบกระบวนการผลิต อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. - เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 25-45 ปี
  2. - ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
  3. - เชี่ยวชาญเครื่องมือคุณภาพทั้ง 5 ประเภท (Five Core Tools) และสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  4. - ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการทำงานของบุคลากรในแผนกอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
  5. - ติดตามและดำเนินการแก้ไขเอกสาร เกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางผลิต
  6. - เข้าร่วมProcessAuditกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสรุปและแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน
  7. - สรุปผลการดำเนินงานแต่ละสัปดาห์ และรายเดือนต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
  8. - เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต Improvement สายการผลิตรายงานยืนยันผลต่อผู้จัดการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อน ผลิต
  9. - ร่วมกิจกรรม ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายประชุมร่วมกับฝ่ายคุณภาพและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา ด้านคุณภาพ
  10. - มีความรู้ใน ระบบ IATF 16949 และ Core Tool APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MAS, SPC Process Release
  11. -ร่วมวิเคราะห์ /ประเมิน/ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต Machining ท่อเหล็ก
  12. - กำหนดมาตรฐานเพื่อแก้ไขและหาทางป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาซ้ำและลดของเสียในกระบวนการจัดทำคู่มือการทำงาน หรือมาตรฐานการทำงาน ให้ Update อยู่เสมอ
  13. - เข้าร่วม Trial งาน New Model และสรุปปัญหาทุกครั้งหลังจบการ Trial (ตาม ระบบ IATF 16949 )
  14. - สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณา เป็นพิเศษ
