Job Descriptions-Reporting to EMM Lead
-Perform a routine store Devices’ checkup via dashboard
-Monitor system activity utilizing Enterprise level EMM monitoring software, and take appropriate action.
-On/Off-site problem diagnosis and resolution related to Mobile Devices using EMM.
-Maintain and manage MDM device accounts as well as infrastructure administrative accounts.
-Work with internal remote team, on-site support team, or local vendors that support the devices at store
-Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDA solutions
-Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are dealt with to an excellent standard and with customer service in mind
-Actively work with appropriate teams in IT to pre-empt service issues and minimize the impact of service issues to the Business
-Knowledge sharing and solve issue
