Job Descriptions
• ประสานงานพื้นที่เช่าโครงการฯ-ตลาดกับทีมขายเเละทีมจัดการพื้นที่ (Leasing/Organisor) • ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายต่างๆ ภายในโครงการ เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของงาน • จัดทำแผนการดำเนินงานของโครงการพร้อมกับคอยอัพเดตความก้าวหน้าของโครงการให้กับทีมผู้บริหารและผู้เช่าได้รับทราบ • จัดการเอกสาร จัดเก็บข้อมูล และดูแลงานธุรการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ • นำเสนอข้อมูลโครงการ พื้นที่ให้เช่า และเงื่อนไขการเช่าแก่ผู้สนใจ ตลอดจนประสานงานกับทางทีมขาย เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการเช่า และจัดทำสัญญาเช่า • ทำรายงานสรุปยอดการขายและติดตามผลลูกค้า - ผู้เช่า รายสัปดาห์ • ประสานงานเเละสื่อสารกับผู้เช่าภายในโครงการ ทางออนไลน์เเละออฟไลน์ • ทำงานตามที่ผู้บริหารได้มอบหมายให้ดำเนินการ
Qualifications
  1. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
  2. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  3. อายุ 22- 33 ปี
  4. เพศ : ไม่จำกัด
  5. สามารถใช้ MS office ได้ดี
  6. สามารถปฎิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
  7. ทักษะการสื่อสาร พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
