Job Descriptions
- Source and select suppliers/vendors both domestically and internationally
- Coordinate with Thai and international suppliers include Chinese internal external departments to fulfill sourcing requirements
- Follow up on project progress and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to ensure the best value for the company
- Monitor delivery schedules and evaluate supplier performance
- Develop annual sourcing strategies to meet production targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare and manage purchasing documents and related contracts and collaborate with logistics teams for efficient operations
- Analyze data and supply chain trends to drive efficiency and cost savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proficiency in English or Chinese and computer literacy (MS Office, etc.)
- Experience in sourcing or procurement is an advantage
- have driving license
