Job Descriptions
• Welcome and assist visitors, including ID card exchange procedures
• Answer and transfer incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
• Provide accurate information to visitors and callers
• Record and maintain logs of visitor details, as well as incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, receptionist, or other related fields
- Strong service-minded attitude
- Good command of English (English interview required)
- TOEIC score of 600+ is a plus
