Job Descriptions岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities)
一、招聘与入职(Recruitment & Onboarding)
1.发布招聘信息,筛选简历,安排面试,跟进录用流程。
2.办理新员工入职手续(合同签订、档案整理、入职培训等)。
Assist in job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures (contract signing, documentation, orientation, etc.).
二、考勤与薪酬(Attendance & Payroll)
1.统计月度考勤数据,社保申报。
Process monthly attendance data and social insurance declaration.
三、员工关系与离职管理 (Employee Relations & Offboarding)
1.维护员工档案,更新人事系统数据,确保信息准确。
2.处理员工日常咨询(考勤、假期、福利等)。
3.办理员工离职手续(离职面谈、手续审批、离职证明开具、社保停缴等)。
Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and address daily inquiries (attendance, leave, benefits, etc.).conduct exit interviews, process resignation approvals, issue separation certificates, and manage social insurance/housing fund withdrawals.
四、制度与合规 (Compliance)
1.协助完善人事行政制度,确保符合劳动法规要求。
Support HR policy improvement and ensure compliance with labor laws.
五、行政管理 (Administration)
1.管理办公用品采购、固定资产登记及后勤支持。
2.协调会议安排、差旅预订及接待工作。
Handle office supplies procurement, fixed asset management, and provide logistical support (meetings, travel bookings, reception).
