ลักษณะงาน (Job Summary)
ตำแหน่งนี้จะเป็นคนขับเคลื่อนการตลาดและแบรนด์ของร้านอาหารเปิดใหม่ โดยเน้นการสร้างคอนเทนต์ TikTok-first, ทำให้แบรนด์ปังตั้งแต่วันแรก พร้อมทำการตลาดออนไลน์, วางกลยุทธ์แบรนด์, ยิง Ads, สื่อสารกับลูกค้า และสร้างยอดขายทั้งจากหน้าร้านและเดลิเวอรี
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
50% Marketing & Branding
• วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาดประจำเดือน
• วางแคมเปญเปิดร้าน เมนูใหม่ โปรโมชั่น และแคมเปญร่วมกับ Influencer/KOL
• วิเคราะห์ Performance การตลาด เช่น CTR, ROAS, Conversion
• ยิงโฆษณา Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads เบื้องต้นได้
• ออกแบบแนวทาง Branding ให้ชัดเจน เช่น Mood & Tone, Persona, Voice
• ดูแล LINE OA, Facebook Page, Grab, ShopeeFood ฯลฯ
50% Content Creation & Execution
• ถ่ายและตัดต่อวิดีโอ TikTok, Reels, Story ได้ด้วยตัวเอง
• วาง content calendar และผลิตคอนเทนต์ไวรัลที่เล่าเรื่องแบรนด์
• รู้เทรนด์ TikTok / เสียงฮิต และใช้เทคนิคดึงดูดสายตาคนดู
• สร้าง Template + Visual Branding ให้ทีมใช้งาน
• ลงพื้นที่จัดร้าน ถ่ายภาพเมนู และจัดคอนเทนต์ onsite ได้
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ทำ Branding หรือ Marketing หรือ Content อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- ใช้ CapCut / Canva / VN / Lightroom ได้ดี
- มีผลงานคลิปไวรัล หรือ page ที่ดูแลมาก่อน (แนบ portfolio จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ชอบอาหาร เข้าใจลูกค้า Gen Z และสายกิน
- มี Growth Mindset / ชอบเรียนรู้ / พร้อมปรับตาม feedback
- Strategic Thinking (คิดแคมเปญ + Branding Direction)
- Content Creation (ถ่าย / ตัด / ทำ Caption ได้เอง)
- Social Media & Platform Know-how (TikTok, FB, IG)
- Visual Branding & Communication
