Job Descriptions

- Oversee and manage the security operations within the warehouse to ensure a safe and secure environment. - Implement and enforce security policies, 6 Steps warehouse Security procedures, and access control measures. - Monitor and coordinate security subcontract and security control center (BLC) to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and safety violations. - Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and emergency response drills. - Collaborate with warehouse management and external security agencies to enhance security protocols. - Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions. - Supervise the installation and maintenance of CCTV, alarm systems, and other security infrastructure. - Train warehouse ,warehouse and Transport staff on security awareness, emergency response, and loss prevention strategies. - Address security challenges such as cargo theft, fraudulent activities, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS. Office ได้
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบความปลอดภัย และกล้องวงจรปิด CCTV
สามารถสื่อสาร และรับส่งอีเมล์ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้และใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
มีความสามารถในการวางแผนล่วงหน้าและจัดการกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ไม่คาดคิดได้ดี
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Minimum 2 years of experience in security management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures
Experience in handling security incidents, investigations, and reporting
Familiarity with local security laws, safety regulations, and risk management practices
Ability to manage and lead security teams effectively
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Good communication in Thai and able to understand in English
Good awareness of local situation and needs (Preferably local staff) is preferable
Able to work 6 days/week required for this role
