Job Descriptions
• สรรหาพนักงานให้ได้ตามที่หน่วยงานกำหนด
• ประสานงานตามกระบวนการสรรหาเชิงรุก ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ลุล่วงและบรรลุเป้าหมาย
• ดูแลสื่อประกาศรับสมัครงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และเพิ่มช่องทางการสรรหาตามสื่อโซเชียลมีเดียต่างๆ
• ทำ Report การสรรหา และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้คล่อง
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์สรรหาพนักงาน PC พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
