Job Description
1 Consult, Problem solving, and manage on all the issues related to overseas clients
2 Build and maintain existing/new relationships with International and Domestic Property Agents.
3 Strong skill negotiating deals and closing deals with multinational property agencies.
4 Prepare strategical planning in penetrating new International markets.
5 Maintain and update daily sales completed both Internationally and Domestically.
6 Successfully drive sales according to target given.
Qualifications
- Native English speaking
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-3 years’ experiences in Sales Representatives
- Previous experience as a real estate broker or working for a developer is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of achieving high-end residential property sales
- Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Based in Bangkok, Thailand
- Able to work 6 days/week
