Job Descriptions
Job Description A Safety Manager is responsible for developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. They conduct training, investigate incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement, aiming to create a safe and compliant workplace environment, ensure the compliance of health and safety laws in the workplace, develop and execute health and safety plans, enforce policies, assess risks, and promote a culture of safety, create a safe work environment and minimize hazards to protect employees from occupational risks.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as safety manager
  2. Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
  3. Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
  4. Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
  5. Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  6. Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  8. BSc/BA in safety management or relevant field is preferred
  9. Valid qualifications in occupational health and safety
