Job Descriptions
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อคอนเฟิร์มรายการวางบิล
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ จากในระบบ Express และ Excel File
- จัดทำใบวางบิล ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบกำกับภาษี
- ติดตามการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าและฝ่ายขาย
- บันทึกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องลงในระบบ Express
- จัดทำข้อมูล AR Aging รวมทั้งควบคุมการรับชำระเงินจากลูกหนี้ให้ได้ภายในกำหนด
- จัดทำ AR Account Reconcile
- ดำเนินการด้านภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีขารับ (AR) 2-3 ปี
- ซื่อสัตย์ มีจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ ขยัน อดทน รับผิดชอบงานในหน้าที่ให้สำเร็จลุล่วงตามกำหนดเวลา
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ ถี่ถ้วน และมีไหวพริบ
- สามารถพิมพ์ดีดภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และ โปรแกรม Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใข้โปรแกรม Express ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
