Job Descriptions
- จัดหา บริหารจัดการและดูแลตัวแทนของบริษัท - ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินการของตัวแทน - ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาให้แก่ตัวแทนของบริษัท - จัดสรรงบประมาณและดูแลวงเงินเครดิต รวมถึงหลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกันของตัวแทน - ปรับปรุงข้อมูล ดูแลงานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตัวแทน - ดูแลและติดตามการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตตัวแทน - ดูแลและควบคุมตัวแทนของบริษัทให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบ รวมถึงข้อบังคับและเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาประกันภัย นิติศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล (Knowledge of digital marketing)
  3. มีความสามารถในการบริหารโซเชียลมีเดีย (Social media management skills)
  4. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data analysis skills)
  5. มีทักษะในการใช้เครื่องมือทางการตลาด เช่น Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM, Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  6. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร และการเจรจาต่อรอง
  7. มีทักษะด้านการนำเสนอ
  8. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
