Job Descriptions
• ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่บริษัทในเรื่องต่างๆ • ร่างและทบทวนสัญญา ข้อตกลง และเอกสารทางกฎหมายอื่นๆ • เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทในการดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย รวมถึงการพิจารณาคดีของศาลและอนุญาโตตุลาการ • ดำเนินการวิจัยทางกฎหมายและรับทราบข้อมูลล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ช่วยเหลือในการพัฒนาและดำเนินการตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัทเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย • เจรจาและระงับข้อพิพาททั้งภายในและภายนอก • ให้คำปรึกษาด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา การเงิน การบัญชี ได้แก่ เครื่องหมายการค้า ลิขสิทธิ์ และสิทธิบัตร • ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการดำเนินธุรกิจเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย • การจัดการและดูแลที่ปรึกษากฎหมายและที่ปรึกษาภายนอก • ดำเนินการยื่นเฉลี่ยทรัพย์ ขัดทรัพย์ต่อศาล รวมถึงงานหมายบังคับคดี -เงินเดือนตามประสบการณ์-ประกันสังคม-ชุดฟอร์มพนักงาน-ท่องเที่ยวประจำปี(ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ)-โบนัสตามผลประกอบการ-ทำงานจันทร์ - ศุกร์ 8.30 น. - 17.30 น.(อาจมีเข้าทำงานบางเสาร์ไม่ฟิค)
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย - หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  4. มีใบอนุญาตเป็นทนายความ
  5. มีความรู้ ความสามารถในด้านกฎหมายทั้งคดีแพ่ง คดีอาญา คดีภาษีอากร คดี ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ฯลฯ
  6. สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
  7. มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
