- Overseeing business development and sales activities in the regional market.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities, with a focus on project-based sales and SMB customers as well as retail.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, corporate clients, and government entities, to drive project-based sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential principals, distributors, and key customers within the IT Network and CCTV sectors.
- Conduct client visits to present and demonstrate products, aligning solutions with customer requirements and business needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer acquisition goals for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term business growth.
- Collaborate closely with distributors and channel partners to streamline project order management and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights and drive continuous improvement in sales performance.
- Provide initial technical consultation and product guidance to customers, addressing fundamental technical inquiries before escalating complex issues to the in-house technical team.
- Ensure an effective pre-sales and post-sales support system to enhance customer satisfaction and project execution.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support team and company objectives.
