Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide comprehensive support for CA-related tasks under the supervision of CA manager, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and documentation handling. •Manage and follow up on Job Order (JO) applications from candidates, particularly those assigned to Career Advisors (CAs) who are currently on leave. •Contact candidates in the database to introduce job opportunities and confirm their interest in applying by phone. •Schedule interviews between candidates and the Career Advisor. •Input candidates’ work experience data into the system. •Other assigned tasks •Company orientation will be preferable •Seminars and knowledge sharing will be preferable •OJT will be preferable Languages skills •English: Conversational •Japanese: None Workplace Area: Laem Chabang Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)

Qualifications

Age 21-23 years
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Any Gender
Fresh Graduate is welcome
Proficiency in English at a conversational high or business level, used for internal documents and communication with candidates and colleagues
Clear and humble communication skills
Willingness to do KPIs with high motivation to achieve goals
Strong interest in recruitment
