Job Descriptions
Job Duties:
Manage the full cycle of construction documents: creation, distribution, tracking, and archiving.
Review and ensure accuracy of drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Maintain organized document control with version tracking and timely updates.
Assign staff for document distribution and manage design changes.
Keep secure, traceable archives (digital and physical).
Assist teams with document access and handle RFIs, letters, and transmittals.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in related studies
- 2–3 years in construction or engineering environments.
- Familiar with drawings, specs, RFIs, and change notices.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management.
- Skilled in document control software and Microsoft Office.
