Job Responsibilities
Plan and support construction schedules; develop pre-construction bidding plans.
Collaborate with teams, contractors, and suppliers to manage timelines and reports.
Use Primavera P6 to update and manage integrated project plans.
Track and report progress, performance, and necessary adjustments.
Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions to meet project goals.
Coordinate detailed schedules and drive continuous improvement in construction methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Primavera P6 training preferred.
- Possess experience in Primavera P6
- Knowledge of construction processes, change tracking, and delay management.
- Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and regulatory compliance.
