Job Descriptions
1. Customs Documentation & Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Processing: Process production parts into the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Thailand, ensuring compliance with Form D and other required customs documentation for duty exemptions and preferential treatment. Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations for both imports (production parts) and exports (finished electric motorcycles), ensuring all paperwork aligns with FTZ regulations and the Thai Customs Department. Ensure proper handling of tariff codes, valuation, and duty calculations for parts entering the FTZ and finished goods exiting it, utilizing any applicable export preference programs for ASEAN and Europe. 2. Logistics Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate the transportation of production parts (from Thailand, China, and Europe) into the FTZ, and the export of finished goods to various ASEAN and European markets. Ensure timely and compliant customs clearance for imports and exports of both parts and final products, utilizing export preference agreements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Resolve any issues related to customs clearance, FTZ processing, and transportation delays. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Export Preferences: Stay informed on the latest changes in trade agreements and regulations, especially in relation to Form D (ASEAN Free Trade Area) and other regional export preferences. Ensure that all operations, from parts importation to final product exportation, are compliant with Free Trade Zone and international trade regulations. 4. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with customs authorities, government agencies, and logistics partners for smooth border crossings and customs clearance. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure smooth processing and documentation of all shipments. 5. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all FTZ imports/exports, including production parts and finished goods.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or customs documentation, with specific experience in processing production parts into Free Trade Zones and importing finished goods into Thailand.
  3. Strong knowledge of Form D and ASEAN Free Trade Area regulations, including experience utilizing export preference programs for ASEAN and Europe.
  4. Familiarity with customs declarations, tariff codes, and documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other FTZ-related paperwork.
  5. Proven experience coordinating imports of production parts from Thailand, China, and Europe, as well as exporting finished electric motorcycles to ASEAN and European markets.
  6. Proficient in using TASCO ERP or similar systems (strongly preferred).
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex documentation processes and deadlines.
  9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  10. Proficiency in English and Thai (additional languages are a plus).
  11. Preferred Skills:
  12. Previous experience in managing Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and documentation.
  13. Knowledge of e-commerce and logistics platforms for tracking international shipments.
  14. Familiarity with handling electric vehicle parts and motorcycles.
