Job Descriptions
Provide IT-related support and assistance to internal departments, organizational clients, and individual customers.
Verify that all office software used within the organization is properly licensed and perform regular inspections to ensure compliance.
Responsible for resolving repair cases and addressing issues in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and consistent IT asset accounting and management.
Confirm that users’ information tools are functioning efficiently.
Verify that all peripheral devices operate reliably and stably.
Support new employees in quickly learning and effectively using IT tools while fostering understanding of IT policies and information security protocols.
Set up office accounts, email addresses, and cloud system accounts for new employees; manage and appropriately delete accounts for former employees.
Always open and ready to learn new things.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ถึงระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานล่วงเวลาได้ตามความเหมาะสม
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในกะกลางคืนได้
