Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบและลงรายการ Statement รายวัน ยืนยันกับใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษีที่ถึงกำหนดชำระและยอดลูกหนี้ค้างรับ 2. บันทึกรับชำระเงินลูกค้า และตัดลูกหนี้รายวัน 3. บันทึกรายการเงินสดขาดเกิน 4. ปรับปรุงบัญชีรายได้ 5. ตามเอกสาร ใบภาษีถูกหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 6. บันทึกและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบภาษีถูกหัก ณ ที่จ่ายที่ได้รับ 7. จัดทำชุดใบสำคัญรับใน Flow Account สำหรับงานที่ได้รับชำระเงินแล้ว 8. ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน สำหรับลูกค้าที่จ่ายชำระด้วยเช็ค/โอนเงิน 9. ตรวจสอบและติดตามทวงถาม ยอดลูกหนี้ค้างรับที่เกินกำหนดชำระ 10. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 21-35 ปี (ไม่อยู่ในระหว่างการตั้งครรภ์)
  2. สำเร็จการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี AR อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office Word, Excel และซอฟต์แวร์พื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงานและในการทำงาน
  7. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ เพราะบริษัทไม่มีรถรับ-ส่ง
  8. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้โปรแกรม Flow Account จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
