• Support Operations Manager with the delivery of projects, project planning, manning allocations and similar
• Attend and document meetings as required
• Support the preparation and company presentations for marketing purposes
• Prepare documents (Typically Word, Excel, Power point) as required for projects
• Support project teams with the delivery of project works both Office based and on site as required
• Support the development of company templates, standards and systems
• Other task following supervisor’s assignment or company policy
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal parties
• Documentation of project framework, project timeline, and progress
