Job Descriptions
- สนับสนุนการทำงานของฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าด้าน Software,Hardware,Network เข้าใจระบบโปรแกรมของบริษัทและสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าทางด้านเทคนิคได้
- ทำหน้าที่ติดตั้งระบบ POS System ทั้ง Software,Hardware ผ่านช่องทาง Remote services / Onsite services
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Line / Call หรือ Onsite services
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 23 - 30 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- สาขาวิชา คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มี note book ส่วนตัว
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์การใช้งาน (Windows OS , MS-Office , MS-SQL Server)
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์การ ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ IT, ระบบ Network ,แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าทางด้านเทคนิคได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะหรือทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- มีทัศนะคติเชิงบวก สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สื่อสารเข้าใจง่าย และมี Service Mind
- ขับรถยนต์ได้มีใบขับขี่
- รับผิดชอบงานตามที่ได้รับหมอบหมาย
