Job Descriptions
Industry: Japanese CNC Maker Location: Phattanakarn, BKK Job description: - Provide advanced technical support for CAD/CAM software related to CNC machine tools - Collaborate with distributors and end-users to offer pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance - Customize and optimize CAD/CAM programs based on customer applications and machining needs - Conduct software demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for distributors and customers - Develop machining strategies to improve cycle time, tool life, and surface finish - Analyze customer requirements and offer solutions to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency - Liaise with product teams to feedback user needs and technical issues - Support installation and troubleshooting of CAM-related functions on-site or remotely - Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technologies and market trends - about once a month travel domestically and internationally to support distributors and clients
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD/CAM engineering, preferably in CNC machining environments
  3. Strong knowledge of CNC machine tool operations
  4. Hands-on experience with CAM software
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  6. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  7. Able to communicate in English
  8. Willingness to travel as needed
