Job Descriptions
1).Support the work in product development and process improvement, ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process.
2). Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow standardization, automation, and process optimization.
3).Supervise the installation of machinery and electrical systems and system testing.
4).Follow policy and coordination with Quality, Safety and Environment policies.
5).Provide leadership and training to ensure service teams understand and implement new processes effectively.
6).Manage risk assessment, budget planning, and resource allocation for service operations.
7).Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify pain points, propose solutions, and implement new technology for enhanced operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in position.
- Hand on experience in manufacturing process and technology.
- Experienced in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, GHP (GMP), and related safety and quality management systems is a plus.
- Possess excellent time management skills. Be able to take the initiative to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision
- Strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency, automation, and innovation.
- Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming.
- Extensive experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Experience in product verification, validation, and prototype testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and process standardization.
- Good communication in English to speaking, reading and writing.
- Able to use Auto CAD / Solid Works or related program.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and KPI tracking (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
