Job Descriptions

Asset Data Management and Verification - Verify accuracy of asset control data and provide support to relevant departments - Monitor lease contracts approaching expiration each month - Ensure consistency between rental vehicle codes (Loaner no.) and fixed asset numbers - Track monthly battery rental activations and terminations - Manage replacement data records - Update rental vehicle status based on maintenance inspection reports (FSR) Strategic Planning and Sales Support - Provide essential data to support the sale of used vehicles, including manufacturing year, photos, usage condition, and vehicle status - Analyze existing assets and coordinate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns - Conduct market research to select appropriate vehicles for website listings Asset Disposition Management - Prepare, verify, compile, and present data to obtain approval for selling or scrapping non-operational rental vehicles - Present lists of non-operational rental vehicles for scrap approval and participate in inventory verification during scrap sales Rental Vehicle Inventory Management - Coordinate with sales and service departments to inspect rental assets at customer locations - Plan warehouse inventory checks at least twice per year - Prepare documentation for rental vehicle inventory counts Reporting and Analysis - Generate and analyze various reports including vehicle return reports, EOH WH, forecasts, master plans, and asset inventory reports Training and Knowledge Transfer - Develop and present training plans or knowledge review programs for Controller staff - Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer to Controller employees Cross-Departmental Coordination - Liaise with individuals/departments to resolve operational issues - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve departmental challenges - Seek guidance from and report to supervisors as appropriate

Qualifications

Experience in asset management, inventory control, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and data verification abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
