Job Descriptions
- รับเรื่องจากร้านค้าทางโทรศัพท์, E-mail - ตอบข้อซักถาม, ให้ข้อมูล และประสานงานทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้ร้านค้า - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือ และคุณภาพการบริการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ - จัดอบรมการใช้เครื่อง EDC และอุปกรณ์การรับชำระประเภทต่างๆ ให้กับร้านค้าสมาชิก รวมถึงจัดอบรมความรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ ภายในหน่วยงาน Merchant Helpdesk - งานโทรติดต่อร้านค้า เพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการต่างๆ - วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา ในส่วนงานที่รับผิดชอบ - งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  2. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
  3. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
  4. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี รักงานบริการ
  5. มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบ อดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านบัตรเครดิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
