Job Descriptions

- Manage BOI project applications, approvals, changes, extensions, and other related tasks. - Familiar with and understand various BOI incentive policies and formulate the optimal BOI strategy for the company. - Maintain good communication with BOI officials and build and maintain good cooperative relationships. - Organize, coordinate, and lead the team to prepare BOI-related documents to ensure compliance with BOI requirements. - Responsible for BOI project annual reports, tax exemptions, import duty exemptions, and other related tasks. - Responsible for BOI project compliance audits to ensure compliance with BOI regulations. - Manage the company's import and export operations, including customs clearance, logistics, and shipping. - Familiar with import and export laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance. - Maintain good communication with customs, logistics companies, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth import and export operations. - Provide professional advice and support to company management on BOI and import-export-related matters.

Qualifications

Thai nationality, Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Law, International Trade, or a related field.
8+ years of BOI work experience, familiar with BOI policies and procedures.
Familiar with Thai tax law and import and export laws and regulations.
Excellent Thai and English communication skills.
Proven experience in communicating and coordinating with government agencies, customs, and other relevant departments.
