- Identify and create new sales opportunities through lead generation, presentations, and closing deals, using data to guide decisions. - Engage and negotiate with key decision makers in client organizations to drive purchasing decisions professionally. - Work closely with Presales and technical teams to develop effective presentation strategies that align with both client business goals and technical needs. - Manage and track the sales pipeline systematically to ensure every opportunity is followed up and closed on time. - Keep accurate and complete records of client information and sales activities in the CRM system to support planning and performance improvement. - Follow up with clients after the sale in collaboration with the Customer Success and Support teams to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering strategic advice and professional support, creating opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a sales role (e.g., Sales Executive or Sales Representative).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
High enthusiasm and excellent time management skills.
English language: Able to communicate with international clients and handle business documents in English.
Preferred Qualification: Experience in selling Cloud services or IT solutions is a plus.
