Job Descriptions
•บริหารจัดการซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอมา •มอบหมายงานบริการภาคสนามให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่บริการ (Service) โดยการไปพบลูกค้า ตรวจเช็ค ซ่อมแซม เปลี่ยนอะไหล่ เปลี่ยนสารกรอง ไส้กรอง และล้างเครื่อง ตามปริมาณงานและความเหมาะสม •ปฎิบัติงานภาคสนามกับเจ้าหน้าที่บริการ รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์อาการเสีย แก้ไขปัญหาระหว่างงานตรวจเช็ค และซ่อมแซม •อนุมัติคำขออะไหล่จากทีมบริการ และประสานงานสำหรับการขอเบิกอะไหล่กับเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ •ตรวจสอบรายงานการดูแลระบบหลังการให้บริการให้ถูกต้อง • ตรวจสอบการตัดบัญชีอะไหล่เพื่อใช้ในสำนักงานใหญ่เป็นประจำทุกปี •ฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้ เทคนิค ในงานบริการกับเจ้าหน้าที่บริการ (Service) •กำหนดและสื่อสารวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชัดเจนในการให้บริการและการขายสัญญาบริการแก่เจ้าหน้าที่บริการ ตามเป้าหมายในพื้นที่
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 30-40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช ปวส. และปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
  3. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาติขับขี่ และมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
  4. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจระบบไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และระบบประปา ภายในอาคาร หรือระบบไฟฟ้าของเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า
  5. สามารถเดินทางออกต่างจังหวัดได้
  6. มีทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
